(Fort Lauderdale, FL)   -- That's the word from an autopsy report from the Broward County Medical Examiner's Office.  Final tests on her blood and tissue were completed a couple of weeks ago, but Doctor Perper delayed the release of his final report at the request of investigators with the Seminole Indian tribe.  Smith died February 8th at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida, which is located on tribal lands.
