(Indianapolis, IN)  --  Captain Gregg Harris with the Indianapolis Fire Department says the fire started around 2:30 a.m. at the Carriage House Apartments at 42nd Street and Mitthoeffer Road.  The woman is being treated at Wishard Hospital.  Harris says there were two children and two adults in the apartment at the time of the fire.  He says the cause of the fire remains under investigation.  There's an estimated 15-thousand-dollars damage and loss to the apartment.
